Hub Intake Form

The purpose of the incubator is to accelerate the development of start-up companies through an array of business support resources and services, developed or orchestrated by Lewis University and its network of contacts and affiliates.

The Stahl Center for Entrepreneurship at Lewis University collects the information on this form to facilitate business mentoring & counseling services to its members. In addition, Lewis University may use the information collected to produce summary reports for economic impact, research, program development and management analysis required for additional funding.
