Pre-Incubation:
Entrepreneurs who are at the ideation or conception phase or who do not meet the criteria for Incubation membership will be considered for Pre-Incubation, which comes with several amenities including workshops, coaching sessions, and networking events. See the table below for more details. Pre-Incubation entrepreneurs who are accepted and joined as Pre-Incubation members may apply to upgrade to Incubation membership by re-submitting their application after 1 year.
Incubation:
Entrepreneurs will receive a full suite of incubation services (see table below for details). Members are accepted based on the following criteria: proof of concept (using the Lean Start-Up Worksheet), at least a part-time commitment to the business, openness to locate the business in the Will County region, and a preliminary background check (credit and criminal). Incubation entrepreneur membership is not guaranteed to all applicants who meet the above criteria, and additional information around the business model may be requested. Applicants who are invited to join the Incubation membership can opt to participate in Pre-Incubation membership if they do not desire the additional benefits.
